This listing is for an angle bracket that also includes the surface mount box.   You will get 2 pieces where you install the angle bracket to the wall first, then you screw in the surface mount box.

Normal Color is black, it will not come in the colors pictured in the model.   The model only shows the different parts that are included. if you want a different color, search on the site for Color Change Request

This is a surface mount specifically designed to hold a Elan Doorbell.   T It normally has to be in a low voltage box in a wall.   But this box can be used outside the wall.   It has the hole spacing the same as a standard gang box where the elite will fit.
